Home cured fillet tail sliced thinly and served with a horseradish dressing.

Locally smoked duck breast sliced and served with an apricot salad.

Diced Chicken glazed with whisky and honey. £4.50
Diced Chicken marinated with whisky and honey and served glazed on a bed of salad.

Smoked Salmon with Walnut oil and Pistachio nuts. £4.50

Evening Mains

Goats cheese and Dolcelate baked together in a filo tart case and served with a fresh salad and new potatoes.

Roast Pepper Roulade. £6.50
Home-made Roulade of roast peppers filled with cream cheese and spinach. Served on a rosti potato and a fresh salad.

Gingered Fillet of Beef. £13.50
Fillet of Beef marinated in a slight amount of ginger, cut and cooked to order.

Breast of Chicken on a lemon thyme cous cous. £7.95
Chargrilled Chicken Breast served on a bed of fresh plump cous cous with lemon and thyme enfused into the equation.

Lamb cutlets on vegetable strips with a tomato marmalade. £8.95
Three lamb cutlets served on a bed of carrot and courgette strips and finished with a home-made tomato marmalade.

Hot Vegetable Salad. £6.95
A mixture of the original and exotic fresh vegetables of different origins stir-fried in a little olive oil and placed on a bed of lettuce and finished with a hot vinaigrette.

Citrus Pork with peppercorns and mango. £8.50
Pork fillet cooked with ornage and lemon rind and served with a peppercorn and mango sauce.

Rolled Plaice and Salmon. £8.95
Whole Plaice fillets rolled individually with smoked salmon, then poached in white wine.

Peppered Hoki. £7.95
Hoki fillet, peppered and grilled to perfection, served with fresh vegetables.
